"Fresh Online Appointment System Introduced by QDC for Store and Permit Office Services"

 

Amid COVID-19 restrictions, Qatar Distribution Company (QDC) has shifted to an appointment-only system since May 31, 2020. Formerly, valid permit holders could secure appointments via SMS for shopping, while permit renewals and new applications were accepted through email at the QDC Permit Office. As of June 16, all appointments and permit transactions are exclusively conducted online, suspending the previous permit email application and SMS appointment methods.

uncement on their Facebook page confirms that previously confirmed SMS bookings and permit confirmation emails will be honored. Retail Store appointments will be available from June 16, while Permit Office Appointments will commence from June 21 onwards.

To schedule an online appointment:

Visit www.qdc.com.qa to book Retail Store or Permit Office appointments.

Select one of the following options:

Store visit

Permit Renewal/Lost Card

New Permit/Joint Permit/Review Office

Complete the required information:

Permit number

QID number

Email address

Mobile number

Captcha

Check your email for the OTP (One-Time Password).

Enter OTP and click Verify.

Choose your preferred date and time from available time slots.

Agree to the Terms & Conditions.

After successful booking, a pop-up confirms your appointment. You'll also receive an email confirming the appointment.

Remember, the email confirmation and your Permit Card are essential for entry and purchases at QDC. Please arrive at least 5 minutes before your appointment.
